M. Zany Andrews, often known simply as 'M,' is a lover of belly laughs, bedtime snuggles, and all things zany. Born and raised in the heart of the Midwest, she wrote her first book at the age of four (with a little help from her mom), and she's been inventing stories ever since. Now, with over thirty adventure/mystery novels to her credit (under various pen names), a degree in Elementary Education under her belt, and spurred by the birth of her first grandchild, she's decided to return to her first love, writing for children.

 

M's personal life is just as colorful as her books. She's a proud wife, mother of six, and grandmother to one. She's also a devoted dog mom to her writing partners, hound dogs, Tucker and Lucy. M may have red hair, blue eyes, and be left-handed, (a rare unicorn indeed!), but she knows exactly what she wants her readers to take away from her books: the joy of shared reading, the warmth of bedtime snuggles, and a whole lot of fun! And if her readers end up with the giggles? Well, that's just icing on the cake.

Hailing from the Midwest, she penned her first tales as a young child, opening a door to the world of storytelling that would never close. Since 2016, she has woven together over twenty captivating cozy mystery novels, each one steeped in humor and an enchanting touch of the paranormal.
